(This is sort of enhanced version of the Nero burning Software). Nero Vision would allow you to create a DVD video project which creates a movie playable on DVD players. It provides a drag and drop interface which is very easy to use. Obviously I am assuming that you are using Windows. Use Nero Vision Express.
